全国首家区块链领域标准化技术委员会成立_巴比特_服务于区块链创新者
7月5日上午，在由杭州市余杭区政府指导，杭州未来科技城管委会、巴比特主办的“拥抱产业新浪潮——2020杭州区块链国际周”现场，浙江省区块链专业标准化技术委员会（以下简称区块链标技委）揭牌成立。
区块链标技委由浙江省经信厅标发起，是浙江省市场监管局领导下的区块链行业的地方标准化组织，同时也是国内首家区块链领域标准化技术委员会。标技委的秘书处设在浙江省数字经济学会，主任由浙江大学计算机学院院长陈刚教授担任，浙江大学、蚂蚁金服、趣链科技、巴比特等机构专家担任委员。 
区块链标技委将联合浙江省区块链产学研专家，承担和参与国际、国家标准研制；聚焦区块链产业应用，在标准化行政主管部门和区块链行业主管部门领导下研究、规划、制定和推广区块链领域的浙江省地方标准，推动行业发展。
据悉，目前区块链标技委正在联合趣链、数秦、泛链以及巴比特推进基于区块链身份认证（DID）的标准化试点项目。
自2016年年初以来，我国区块链技术创新创业活跃，成为各个行业追逐的热点。地方区块链产业逐步兴起，2018年5月8日，浙江省省长袁家军在省政府举行“区块链技术及应用”专题学习会指出，浙江已经初步形成区块链技术先发优势，下一步要大力发展区块链产业经济，撬动经济高质量发展。要打造区块链创新高地、应用高地、人才高地。杭州作为浙江乃至全国发展区块链技术的先锋城市，最早把区块链写入政府工作报告，提出打造“区块链之都”的目标。目前，杭州区块链产业已经形成了从技术研究、底层平台研发，到区块链应用探索的完善上下游生态。
然而，由于区块链技术尚不成熟以及应用标准的缺失，真正成功的区块链应用还不多，区块链还未实现大规模应用落地，产业发展面临严重的应用落地难题。目前，国际国内在区块链领域的标准还几乎处于空白状态，这在一定程度上加剧了区块链应用落地的问题。
标准是确立共识，订立合约机制的基础，也是产业乘风破浪的保障。无论是对区块链应用的认识达成共识，还是对区块链应用的规划和开发跟上市场需求，都需要标准化的指导。浙江省在全国率先成立区块链标准化技术委员会对于加强区块链标准化研究，推动国家乃至国际标准化工作，提升国际话语权和规则制定权有着重要意义。
